Single pass or double pass micro drop jet (3DP) technology is adopted. Compared with the traditional powder bed metal 3D printing technology (SLM), the printing speed is 100 times faster. The printing process does not require additional support design. The mechanical properties are better than casting. The printable materials are extensive. The cost of mass production has the potential to match the large-scale traditional technology.
